About Us
With a small bang, Nocturnalism popped off in 2003 throwing small but quality underground events across the San Francisco Bay Area. The next few years paved way for some larger events that included talent from across California as well as domestic headliners such as Infiltrata, DJ Fixx, and Agent K. From here Nocturnalism continued to passionately push the sounds they loved to all that would listen, putting as much energy as possible into every event. Using this driving spirit Nocturnalism eventually was able to take their events to a new level, using such venues as the SomArts Center, the Regency Ballroom, and the Craneway Pavillion. To this day Nocturnalism has hosted over 15 events and featured such international acts as Bass Kleph, Will Bailey of Twocker, Stupid Fresh, Hexadecimal, Joey Mazzola, Simon Bassline Smith, The Autobots, and Robb G. With their 6th anniversary looming in the near future and a crew of dedicated members, Nocturnalism shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.
Mission Statement
We aim to define music not as something to just listen to, but something to live by. Whatever your sound is, it can be found in your heart. Our goal is simply to open the ears of anyone who will listen in order to better appreciate this journey. With a vision that music can better lives, we only hope our events inspire others to be passionate about what they love. Brought together by family, friends, and love of life, we invite you to celebrate all things musical.
